Cookie Policy

Last Updated: February 17, 2026

This Cookie Policy ("Policy") explains how Mederva Health, Inc. and our affiliates ("Mederva Health," "we," "us," or "our") use cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website, mobile application, and other online properties that link to this Policy (collectively, the "Services"). This Policy should be read together with our Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as pixel tags, local storage, and software development kits ("SDKs") in our App. References to "cookies" in this Policy include these similar technologies.

2. TYPES OF COOKIES WE USE

a. Strictly Necessary Cookies

Essential for the operation of our Services — including session management, security, cookie consent preferences, and page navigation. These cannot be disabled.

b. Performance and Analytics Cookies

Collect aggregated information about how visitors use our Services to help us improve functionality and user experience. These may be set by third-party analytics providers such as Google Analytics.

c. Functional Cookies

Allow the Services to remember your choices (such as language or region) and provide enhanced, personalized features.

d. Targeting and Advertising Cookies

Used by us and our advertising partners to deliver relevant advertisements, limit ad frequency, and measure campaign effectiveness. These cookies may be used to build a profile of your interests based on your browsing activity.

3. THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

Some cookies on our Services are placed by third parties including Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook). We do not control these cookies and recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with:

  • Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy

  • Meta: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/

4. YOUR COOKIE CHOICES

Browser Settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or manage cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may cause some parts of our Services to not function properly.

Opt-Out of Analytics. Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising. Visit the Network Advertising Initiative (https://optout.networkadvertising.org) or Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info). Opting out does not eliminate ads — it makes them less personalized.

Mobile Devices. Manage cookies and reset your advertising identifier through your device's operating system settings.

Global Privacy Control (GPC). We recognize GPC signals for users in U.S. states with laws requiring recognition. When detected, we inactivate all non-essential cookies for that session. Learn more at https://globalprivacycontrol.org. We do not currently respond to other "do-not-track" signals.

5. COOKIES AND HEALTH INFORMATION

We do not use targeting or advertising cookies to collect or process protected health information ("PHI") as defined by HIPAA. For information on how we handle PHI, please refer to our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. For information on how we handle your other personal information, please refer to our Privacy Notice. For consumer health data practices under the Washington My Health My Data Act or Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Law, see Annex A of our Privacy Notice.

6. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our Site with a revised "Last Updated" date.
